Return policy

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and refund terms below. This policy complies with Google Shopping Ads requirements regarding return windows, costs, and restocking fees.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and refund.

2. Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a refund return if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is unusable (e.g., defective, missing parts, or not functioning as described).
  • The product is not the same as the model you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or item).

Customer Remorse (changed mind / bought wrong item): Returns are also accepted for customer remorse, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility (see Section 5).
