Care and Installation:
For longevity, clean the metal and alabaster surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Professional installation is required for this fixture. Please note that chandeliers weighing more than 50 lbs. cannot be mounted alone to a standard outlet box and require additional bracing above the ceiling where they are to be installed.
Important Note: The alabaster pattern varies from product to product, so the displayed image may be different from your received item. An 80"L cord will be provided; please contact us if you require a longer cord. If different sizes, finishes, or extra rod length are needed, please message us. Customized design is acceptable; the diameter, finish, and shape of the canopy can all be changed. Chat with us first if necessary before you place an order.

Return policy
Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and refund terms below. This policy complies with Google Shopping Ads requirements regarding return windows, costs, and restocking fees.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and refund.
2. Eligibility for Return & Refund
You may request a refund return if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product is unusable (e.g., defective, missing parts, or not functioning as described).
- The product is not the same as the model you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or item).
Customer Remorse (changed mind / bought wrong item): Returns are also accepted for customer remorse, but return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility (see Section 5).
3. How to Request a Return

- Photos or video showing the issue (for damaged/defective claims)
- A brief description of the problem
Important: Do not send items back to the original shipping address or any business address you find online. Our customer service team will provide you with the specific return address for your return. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed or refunded.
4. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for any return, whether due to product quality issues or customer remorse.

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Cut-off Time

- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Transit Time
